Our production processes and machines are controlled by a PLC. We design and build Programmable logic controllers (PLC)  based control systems for our applications. As systems integrator, we understand the requirements of a machine control system. This allows us to provide a reliable system that meets all project requirements.

Although De Boer Machines normally provides turn-key control systems including design, construction, programming, documentation, installation, commissioning, and training, we are happy to provide as little or as much service as you need with a project.

The system so it can be accessed remotely via the internet for quick troubleshooting, if desired.

We have supplied PLC controlled systems up to 2000 IO functions.

The custom made software for the PLC is programmed in house.
