Mould chain system whereby the mould boxes are coupled as a chain together.

Characteristic of the mould chains is that these are executed with moveable bottom plates to enable a positive demoulding of the wet bricks out of the mould box cavities.

Suitable for large and efficient production of bricks and pavers up to 40.000 units per hour.

The mould boxes can be exchanged for other sizes or thicknesses by means of exchange systems.

The mould boxes can be divided and delivered in three mean executions:

• Solid mould chains, whereby the chain part and mould box section are not detachable built together.
  These are applied if one brick size is used.
• Splitted mould chains where by the chain part and mould box part can be detached. The mould box part can be made out of steel, stainless steel or plastic.
  These are applied if more mould box sizes are used.
• Splitted mould chains with detachable mould boxes with fixed bottoms.
  These are mainly applied in hand mould systems.
