To produce simulated handmade bricks a Aberson Cascade system can be installed above the mould system. On the Cascade system the clay clots are put on belts filled with a layer of wet sand.

While the clay clots are transported on these belts, the clay clots are rolling in the sand and afterward thrown into the moulds with the use of thrower belts. The surplus of clay has to be taken off from the moulds and can be fed back to the clay mixer.
