De Boer Machines Nederland B.V. is already working more than 75 years in the heavy clay industry.

The specialization of De Boer is the SOFD MUD technology of shaping bricks and the additional processes in the soft mud area.

 

De Boer can supply the complete shaping of a soft mud project.

This starts with the design of the production area in a soft mud plant.

The clay preparation by means of special designed single shaft mixers.

Wet and dry sand preparation to supply the soft mud shaping with molding sand.

Additional stain feeding for wet and dry sand collaring.

De Boer has several molding principles for pressed, simulated hand molded and water struck bricks with a capacity from 500 up to 40.000 bricks per hour.

This means systems for mass production in several clay filling executions known under the names Aberson, De Boer, Handformatic and Hubert combined with different mould transport systems to suit the costumer requirements.

De Boer is also specialized in pallet and brick handling systems.

 

Processes like water recycling and dust extraction belong also to the scope of deliveries of De Boer in heavy clay industry.
