Crusher for expanded polystyrene (EPS) washed recycle into scrap.

The machine crushes expanded polystyrene molded parts by means of 2 high speed crushing shaft. The shafts run in opposite direction and are executed with several knifes which are spiral fitted on the shafts. The grain size is determined by the exchangeable screen cylinder (5 to 20 mm). The chips are transported into a silo be means of a blower.

The crusher can be mounted under a scrap silo with valve or loaded by means of a conveyor belt.

The characteristics of the EPS crusher are:

• One machine can crush up to ±25m³ moulded EPS per hour
• Maximum size of the feed products is ± 200 x 50 x 20 mm
• Grain size 5-30mm
