The flame heated rotary drum is supplied with product through a stainless-steel vibrating gutter. Both dry and moist materials can be handled by this gutter.

Fuel for drying can be (natural) gas, oil or flue gas.

Product is dried in flow or counter flow principle. A sieve removes any contamination.

The drum dryer is equipped with a modulating burner and variable product feed, which makes is possible to fit into a capacity “on demand” installation.

The dryer can be execute as upstream or down stream dryer. If required the drum is placed under an incline.

The rotary drum dryer can be used for most incombustible products such as: sand, gravel, clay all kinds of glass, potatoes or grain.
