De Boer Machines belt conveyors are designed for operation under heavy working conditions. Applied in the Soft Mud Industry where 24 hr operation may be required, our belt conveyors have proven to be extremely reliable. Available with both trough and sliding belt conveyor. Modular construction design with cover belt for steep transport or double belt for vertical transport. Hot dip galvanised construction or painted is possible.

Special provisions are taken to prevent polluting of the conveyor belt, spilling of material and spreading of dust.

Thanks to a rigid construction our conveyor belts don’t require multiple support beams and are able to bridge a large span.

De Boer Machines Nederland is specialized in custom build, one-off conveyor systems. These units are widely used on various locations in the De Boer Brick making machinery, for the transport of (wet) clay, (wet) sand and additives like lime, manganese or lava.

Belt width 200-5200 mm, and a transport capacity up to 200 T/hr.
