A box feeders is used for feeding, proportioning, buffering and storing of raw materials, or semi processed bulk products, additives or waste materials.

The machine can feed an even layer of (moist) product to the user, for an optimal proportioning of different raw materials. A boxfeeder is suitable to dose almost all kind of materials like clay, wet sand, lava, gravel, gypsum, talc and breeze. Boxfeeders can be equipped with steel slat conveyor or rubber belt. The conveyor is driven by means of frequency controlled geared motor. To secure a continues dosing, the hopper is executed with a sluice gate and picker shaft. If required the dosing can be controlled by a lost in weight system.

Dosing capacity of 5-200 ton per hour and a storing volume of maximum 40m³.
